IDS take design inspiration from kinetic art

Viennese artist, Klemens Torggler specialises in visual kinetic art, specifically square doors. The doors are unlike any others due to the absence of hinges and rails, the doors operate via a swinging gravitational mechanism and create a feature piece in any room.

At IDS we have been taking inspiration from homeware artists such as Klemens Torggler, and work to constantly improve our designs and offerings. Our in-house Research and Design Team are focused on developing new ways to enhance door design and mechanisms to add new creative features to the home, whilst providing functional storage solutions and modern room dividers.
